Postal delivery - tickets will be sent to the address specified no more than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Anyone arriving late for a show will be admitted at an appropriate moment at the duty manager’s discretion. You may be required to sit in an alternative seat to limit the disruption caused to other audience members.

Please note that we do not allow any hot food or alcohol purchased outside of the venue into the theatre. If you have alcohol with you these items can be left with the Duty Manager for the duration of the performance and collected as you leave.

Tickets are non refundable.

Tickets may be exchanged for credit to the customer’s account for a small administration fee. In order for an exchange to be made, tickets must be received by the box office at least 24 hours prior to the performance and Worthing Theatres cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay due to postal services. No exchanges can be made on the day of an event or after an event has happened.

If purchasing food or drink alongside your tickets, please check for allergen information or ask a member of staff before consumption. In the unlikely event a pre-ordered item is unavailable, we will offer a substitute or provide a full refund.
